Inspired by the hotel’s vegetable garden and using quality local meat and fish, Jany Gleize’s cuisine reinvents some of the classic Provençal recipes made by his grandmother Gabrielle. The desserts, such as the famous lavender honey ice cream served in honeycomb, are an ode to his confectioner father Pierre.

Every lunchtime from Wednesday to Sunday (public holidays excluded), our Michelin star restaurant in Provence also offer a stopover lunch menu that will change depending on what’s available on the market. Our head waiter is on hand to explain the dishes on offer if you wish. The bread on offer with meals is homemade with the highest care.
